Interactive money lessons for the whole family

Money skills your family will actually use.

Kids, teens and adults learn money by playing with it: filling savings jars, shrinking debts, comparing college offers and planning for a home. A quick check builds a personal plan that adapts as they learn.

How it works

A plan that fits each learner

No two learners start in the same place. Learn With Penny finds out what each one already knows, then builds the path from there.

1

Quick starting check

About 20 friendly questions, with an "I'm not sure yet" option so nobody has to guess.

2

A personal plan

Courses they know are fast-tracked. New topics get a gentler pace. Lessons are spread across the weeks to fit your time.

3

Learn by playing

Each lesson has a hands-on bench with one clear mission. Low scores add a replay; flying through unlocks a test-out.

4

Finish and celebrate

A finish check shows how far they've come, course by course, with a certificate at the end.

Made for every age

Taught differently for kids, teens and adults

Pick the age group once in the profile. Every lesson then changes how it teaches, not just what it says.

Questions

Good to know

Who is Learn With Penny for?

Families. Kids aged 8 to 12, teens and young adults, and adults who want to get on top of money. Each learner picks an age group in their profile, and lessons are taught differently for each one.

How is it different for kids, teens and adults?

Kids get story time with Penny, play first, short picture quizzes and a read-aloud button. Teens get real-life missions, XP and speed challenges. Adults get short briefs, calculators that use their own numbers, and one action step per lesson.

How long does each lesson take?

About 5 to 12 minutes. The learning plan spreads lessons across the weeks based on how much time you choose: 15, 30, 60 or 90 minutes a week.

Is it a subscription?

No. The starting check, your personal plan and the first lesson are free. Full access is a one-time payment of $19.99 for all 18 courses.

Does it work outside the US?

Yes. Amounts can be shown in dollars, rupees, pounds or euros. Most lessons are universal; a few, like the FAFSA, Social Security and NIL, focus on the US and say so.

Where is progress saved?

On the device you use, in your browser. There are no accounts and no ads. If you switch devices or clear your browser data, progress starts fresh.

Is this financial advice?

No. Learn With Penny is education. For personal decisions about taxes, investments, legal matters or NIL contracts, talk to a qualified professional.
